Monday

Positively angelic. Ate nothing but fruit & veg and a bit of protein. Did a gazillion hours on the cross trainer. Am on track to be an Instagram Fit Bunny.

Tuesday

What an ass of a day, surely one little chocolate won’t hurt? Plus can’t walk due to mammoth cross training session yesterday, so need sugar to help make life a bit more bearable.

Wednesday

Where did that bag of maltesers go?

Thursday

Aargh, I’ve fluffed it now – and it’s nearly the weekend. (*cue guilt-ridden binge-fest*)

Friday

Eat crap on repeat. Drink ALL THE WINE. Well it IS Friday…

Saturday

Crap, crap, crappity crap – may as well continue downward spiral and silently beat self with guilt stick for not sticking to *another* diet

Sunday

Feel gross, grotesque and gruesome. Eat the last of the ‘naughty’ comfort food so there’s nothing to tempt me next week. Cos I’m ‘back on it’ from tomorrow. Aren’t I?

I signed up to the first 4 week programme because it was a way of being healthier and there was a good support network. It didn’t disappoint. The food is wholesome with different flavours and textures and the recipes are really easy to adapt. I was really surprised that we weren’t feeling hungry – I’ve always thought that if you feel like you’re depriving yourself and being starved you’re more likely to want to ‘treat’ yourself to something less healthy. This really has been a lifestyle change for me and I recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health and way of eating.

4 week programme

When I found Bella and NutriBelle, I was feeling stuck and wanted some support with looking at my existing habits and creating new, better ones. Specifically I’d got out of balance with my eating: relying on more ‘treat’ foods to get me through the day. I was worried about my weight going up,and didn’t want to get caught up in the yo-yo diet trap again.

Bella helped me to reconnect with my ‘why’ and to use it to help guide my own choices (with some added nutritional know-how too). Her approach is very holistic, she knows how to ask the best questions, how to listen, how to guide and hold the sessions, and how to inspire and empower.
I feel like I’m back on track and am enjoying the journey again. I have more energy – both physically and emotionally, and I also have some new recipe ideas to try out – which I’m really excited about. I would absolutely recommend working with Bella!
